Return Policy

Only items purchased on shoplaprairie.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for exchange or return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your shoplaprairie.com purchase, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Please send the unused portion, in it's original packaging along with the LaPrairie.com LLC invoice/ return form showing proof of purchase from shoplaprairie.com (USA).

Use the enclosed FedEx return label and deposit at a FedEx shipping location, addressed to:

For security purposes, LaPrairie.com (USA) cannot accept responsibility for return of merchandise that is not insured and sent using a traceable method. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Shipments section.
