To inquire about an order or to place an order, you can reach a Customer Service representative by phoning 1·877·527·7722, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or by faxing 1·732·287·1678. You can also e-mail order related inquiries to sales@laprairie.com, but due to security issues, please do not include orders or credit card numbers in your message.
Because we understand how important both privacy and security are to you, we'd like to assure you that personal and credit card information included in your ShopLaPrairie.com order is kept confidential - retained only by LaPrairie.com and its affiliates - and also protected by Verisign, an advanced online security technique. The La Prairie Guarantee
We, La Prairie Switzerland, can guarantee the authenticity of all our products only if they are sold by a retailer duly authorized by La Prairie. How To Order
We've tried to make shopping online with ShopLaPrairie.com easy and quick by using shopping cart technology. It allows you to add any product you're interested in to your order by simply pressing a button. Here's how:
- When you find a product you like, select "Add To Cart..."
- Select the quantity of the product you wish to buy. If there are any options such as choosing a shade, select the option at that time. Click the "Add To Cart" button next to the item. You can check the contents of your order and your current total at any time during shopping by clicking the "Cart" button.
- Should you change your mind at any time while shopping, you can switch quantities or delete any item from your order or even cancel the entire order.
- When you are finished shopping and you want to submit your order, click the "Checkout" button from the menu. You'll be asked to login to your ShopLaPrairie.com account, or to create one if you have not already. This is a free account. This allows us to provide you with better customer service by giving you ways to review your orders and check the status of your order.
- To complete the checkout process, simply login and fill out the order form, and click on the "Submit Order" button.
- Immediately after you click on the "Submit Order" button you will see an Order Confirmation page that also has your ShopLaPrairie.com order number. Make sure to retain it for future reference, either by copying it down, or by printing this page.
If any of the information you enter is not valid, you will be returned to the order and asked to correct it. You may also place your order by printing the order and faxing it to us at 1·732·287·1678.
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an email confirming shipment with your
Tracking Number. Please refer to your ShopLaPrairie.com Order Number when inquiring about a shipment.
Shipping & Handling
Currently, for orders in the 48 contiguous states, LaPrairie.com LLC will send your order UPS Ground free of charge, UPS 2-day at a delivery charge of $18.00 and UPS Next Day at a delivery charge of $25.00 regardless of the merchandise cost.
Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, ShopLaPrairie.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are not eligible for UPS ground shipping and delivery times cannot be guaranteed with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day.
Shipments to Puerto Rico and P.O. BOX ADDRESSES can only be shipped via United States Postal Service and are not eligible for 2 day or Next Day service. Your package will arrive approximately 7 - 10 business days after your order ships.
Please allow between 24 and 48 hours for your order to be processed. All orders processed after 2:00 PM EST will be submitted for next business day and shipped out on the same day.

(Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
Regretfully, we cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be applied to any order that has a shipping address in New Jersey. Sales tax will be calculated using the local New Jersey State sales tax rate.
How to Pay
When you submit your order, you may pay for it with any of the following credit cards:
American Express, VISA, or MasterCard.
Exchanges and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your ShopLaPrairie.com purchase, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please send the item along with the La Prairie.com LLC invoice and return form showing proof of purchase, using an insured, traceable method to:

Regretfully, return shipping fees are not refundable. For security purposes, ShopLaPrairie.com LLC cannot accept responsibility for return of merchandise that is not insured and sent using a traceable method. In the case of damamge items, please refer to the Damaged Shipments section.
Damaged Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occured to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at 1-877-527-7722, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Please provide your order number when you call and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
• Item(s) not available
• Inability to process payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate orders placed
• Cancelled at the customer's request
You will be contacted by email in the event that there is an issue with your order and it is cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order, you may do so by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-527-7722, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
Incorrect Orders
We regret any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. Please notify Customer Service and return it to us along with the La Prairie.com LLC invoice showing proof of purchase, using an insured, traceable method. In the event of an incorrect order, we will reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Backorders and Delays
Although we do not foresee any delays, sometimes demand exceeds supply and an out-of-stock occurs. Should this happen, you will be notified of any items that are out of stock. We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backorder out of stock merchandise under the original ShopLaPrairie.com Order Number. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.
Changing Your Order
Should you like to change your order, please contact us immediately via email or by calling 1·877·527·7722 since all orders are filled on a very timely basis.

We regret that at this time we can only ship orders to addresses within the United States.
